Returns and Refunds

At Maua Boutique, we take great care in creating and curating products that are made with intention, quality and love. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

  • We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

    To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unopened

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • In resalable condition (undamaged)

    For approved change-of-mind returns, you may choose:

    • Store credit, or

    • Exchange

    Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns.

    Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

    You will need to provide:

    • Your order number

    • Photo evidence clearly showing the issue

    For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, you may choose:

    • Refund to original payment method, or

    • Replacement

    Maua Boutique will cover return shipping costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

  • Gift boxes are not eligible for return as a whole.

    However, individual items within a gift box may be eligible for return under our change-of-mind or faulty item conditions. See above.

  • All sale items and seconds are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

  • Once your return is received and approved, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed.

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

    • Store credits are issued via email

  • Email us at shop@mauaboutique.com.au with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if faulty, damaged or incorrect)

    We’ll guide you through the next steps.

  • This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
